Kid’s Running Club


Kid’s Running Club – Classes run similar to regular CF Endurance class: one hour, includes warmup, Pose drills and skills and an Endurance WOD. Our Kid’s Running club is for any child looking to improve endurance both in and out of the gym, in sports, and for Endurance athletes looking for a smarter way to train.

Our Youth Running program aims to foster the development of kids and teens through participation in running and endurance training to develop athletic strength, sportsmanship, and a passion for lifelong fitness.

We are proud to offer our Metcon program at CrossFit Lakewood Ranch. This program, run by Coach Lee Ann Gordon, is designed to work with your daily CrossFit WODs to improve your strength, stamina, and overall fitness. We recommend 2 days of Metcon classes, which could be fine for some people, but then 2-3 additional days of CrossFit is fine too.
