Obstacle Course Friday Fun

Each person must complete:
400m Run w/med ball (20/14)
400m KB Farmer’s Carry (53/35)
200m Sled Push
200m Walking Lunge

In between each movement, must run through obstacle course:
A. Monkey Bars
B. Box jump over line
C. Army Crawl (under broomstick cage)
D. Double Agility Ladder “tire” drill
