What if we told you that you could prep 10 meals to feed your entire family in one hour? Yes you read that right.
We are excited to partner with Southern Steer Butcher, owned by David’s brother, Greg, for a food prep workshop. We have worked together with Greg to design menus that are convenient, clean, paleo and gluten-free. Most are Crock Pot Ready!
The workshop will be at CFLWR on JULY 19TH from 7-8:30PM. You’ll prepare the following meals, each of which will be enough to feed 4-5 people: Cowboy Angus Burgers, Mexican Chicken with Salsa, Lemon Rosemary Pork Loin, Chipotle Sloppy Joe’s, Cilantro Line Chicken Tacos, Greek Turkey Burgers, Smoked Butt and Taters, Greek Chicken, Chicken Caccitore, Chicken Enchilada Chili
The workshop is all inclusive and will be $199/person. SPACES ARE LIMITED, 10 PEOPLE PER CLASS.
