To prepare for Murph this Saturday, our Endurance class this week will be entirely focused on Murph prep. We will discuss strategies, running technique, and how to avoid muscle failure that inevitably happens with large quantities of reps. As a reminder, Endurance class is every Wednesday at 6a.m. and is open to everyone.
