CrossFit Kids


Classes run for one hour. Includes warm up, movement prep and sport-specific workout.

The needs of children and adults differ in degree, not kind. As humans we all need the functional competency to move our own bodies and external objects through three-dimensional space. We wish to teach children and teens how to move, take care or, and manage their bodies. We want to help develop children in sports into better athletes. We know this will help translate into a better athlete in sport. We are not teacher of sport. We are teachers of fitness.

We offer two different classes for two different age groups.

When

CrossFit Kids (6-9) Tuesday & Thursday 4:00-4:45pm

CrossFit Kids (10-13) Monday & Wednesday 4:30-5:30pm
