¬†CrossFit Open 17.4 — Friday Night Workout!
This Friday March 17th, we will be hosting the CrossFit Open workouts on Friday afternoons from 4:30-7pm. We would like as many members to come out and do the workouts! We had a great time this past Friday and would love to have an even bigger crowd. Tessa Marquette, will be doing her CF Open workouts with us. She would love to have as many members come out and push her through the workouts. Bring snacks & drinks and let’s have some good CrossFit fun!
