I just want to take a minute and say thank you to each and every member of this community. Thank you all not only for your business, but for your hard work, your dedication, time, humility, and most of all whatever else you are giving up to be a part of what makes CrossFit Lakewood Ranch what it is. I deal with companies every day, corporations, rules, standards, blah blah blah. It used to drive me nuts when I worked in the corporate world how people were looked at as numbers and dollar signs. I just want to tell you all that you are much more than that to me. I truly care about each and everyone’s health, wellness, and overall success. That’s why I get “upset” if I see you eating a double cheeseburger. Will it kill you today? No, but I care and I want you to be healthy. That’s why I tease you if you haven’t been in the gym in a while. Will missing one day, or one week ruin you? No, but I want to do my best to make sure each and every one of you succeed.
So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you all. Whether you come once a day, once a month, or are back in the boonies paying your dues and just waiting for that “right” time to get back in the box. Thank you all. And please, if there’s ever anything you need or want to talk about, don’t ever hesitate to call or text me, 941-907-0005. Unlike most companies, this CEO will ALWAYS be available for you!

Starting February 27th
Bootcamp will be led by Coach Lee-Ann Gordon
Classes will be a mix of endurance, weight training, agility & core training.
