We host Paleo Meal Prep workshop every two weeks at the gym. Join us to prepare delicious, healthy meals in a fun group environment. You will prepare 12 Family Meals (feeds 4-5) that are ready to cook or freeze and are Paleo Friendly and Gluten Free! It will be a guided meal assembly in a fun group setting. Everything Is Included (We do all the hard work!)

Come meet other like-minded people who want to eat better and be healthy. Bring a friend or come by yourself, either way you’re sure to have a great time.
