 Here’s a video that goes over barbel cycling. With power cleans in today’s workout, this is a good refresher on how to reload the bar after each movement, allowing you to perform the reps in a more efficient manner! Everything is about the basics. Master them and be efficient, before you are concerned with adding so much weight. I am and always will be impressed with technique, not volume (or weight). Now, amazing technique, PLUS volume, is amazing, and also super rare. So rare, that I want to post a video of that below. This is the best lifter in the world!
