Starting this Friday, 11/6, we will begin our youth running program. Coach Rachael will be helping the youth of the area learn how to run properly using drills and skills as well as implementing in the techniques that we teach during our Endurance Class. It’s never to early to learn how to run properly and if some of us would have learned at a younger age, perhaps running wouldn’t be so inefficient for us now! Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to get some awesome instruction from the best running coach around!!!
