10 DB Snatch
10 Pullup/Ring Rows

Rx: 15min AMRAP
400m Run
12 Power Snatch (75/65lbs)
12 Pullups
Beyond Rx: 15min AMRAP
400m Run
12 Power Snatch (135/95lbs)
12 Chest to Bar Pullups

Snatches and Pullups should be able to be done unbroken for 1-2 rounds, then they may need to be broken up in to 1-2 sets per round.

Scale appropriately to accommodate for this.

The goal should be 4+ rounds for top performers.
