Happy Veteran’s Day. Thank you to all those who have served, are serving, or plan to serve. The world that we live in is an absolutely crazy one. We are sheltered from many of the world’s truths yet these men and women have been and are exposed to some of the most humbling experiences in their life. Next time you see a veteran, thank them not only for their service, but also know that many have seen things and situations that you and I will never have to worry about. Thank you for allowing us to carry on with the freedoms and privileges we have.

Fitness: 3 Rounds for reps

1min DB Hang Power Clean
1min DB Jerk

rest 1 min

Rx: 3 Rounds for reps
1min Deadlift (135/95)
1min Hang Power Clean
1min Jerk

rest 1 min

Beyond Rx: 3 Rounds for reps
1min Deadlift (155/115)
1min Hang Power Clean
1min Jerk

rest 1 min

The aim is to be able to continuously perform reps at the chosen weight. Not necessarily unbroken, but you should be able to always pick it up during the minute.

You can split jerk or push jerk.

Scale weight accordingly.
