A lot of you, current and past, have come up to one of us coaches at some point and questioned…something. Hopefully we were able to answer your question(s) and/or point you in the right direction. We are going to start providing you more literature through the website, and specifically on Wednesday’s. Below is an oldie-but-goodie video from the CrossFit archives talking about failure to thrive. If you’re not seeing the results you want, perhaps you should change something that you haven’t fully changed.
