Even though Hailey Souders hasn’t been at CFLWR for as long as her parents, Cody and Jess, she is no less of an inspiration. She is already a talented Rower, and inspires everyone who watches her work by never giving up. She pushes herself on every workout, stays true to form and technique, and is always looking to learn more. We are inspired by her hard work and determination. Happy birthday to you, Hailey!
