Happy Tuesday! We have lots of things going on around the gym lately and want to make sure everyone is updated.

1) Scaps & Abs on Wednesday at 10:30am are cancelled moving forward.                                                                                                           2) This Saturday no classes due to the Doggies for Duchenne 5K & 1 mile races.                                                                                                 3) Doggies for Duchenne Race – This Saturday race shotgun is at 7:30am. You can register at Fit2Run UTC on Thursday & Friday 4-8pm or on race morning until 7am.                                                                                                                                                                             4) Paleo Meal Prep Workshop – This Thursday 7pm in the upstairs kitchen. Come prep 12 family size paleo meals that are crockpot ready. You need to sign up on the whiteboard. For more information visit the event page.
