Fitness: For time,

50 single jumps
25 Hang Power Cleans
Rx: For time,
2 rounds
100 Double Unders
50 Power Cleans (75/45lbs)
Beyond Rx: For time,
2 rounds
100 Double Unders
50 Power Cleans (95/65lbs)
This workout is intended to be fast and light, with a lot of heavy breathing.

Top performers will take around 15+/-min.

Load may not need to be scaled very much, but the amount of double unders may need to be reduced depending on skill and/or scale to singles.

Rxd: A good option is to perform the first 50 as double unders, then complete the next 50 as singles if you cannot keep going.

Fitness: Use an empty light barbell and practice cycling with good technique for the cleans.
