SWOD: For Rx and Beyond Rx aim to hold the same weight over the 5 sets. For Fitness work technique and moderate loads.

WOD: Perform 8 x rounds double under tabata, then 8 x rounds back squat. No rest in between. Focus on safely lowering barbell onto back, or use racks if uncomfortable.
Score is your lowest number of reps for each movement.
