I want to also apologize for having to make more changes on everyone in the current gym last minute but the schedule does need to be changed this week due to some last minute changes out of my control. Due to these changes, I have decided to adjust the schedule to accommodate an easier transition for you all over the coming weeks.
I will be drastically modifying the schedule at CrossFit Lakewood Ranch over this week, but want to encourage you all to come and show support. You are also still able to try out classes with Alexis at Drive, or you can come try out a class at Wave with myself. If this week’s times don’t work at Wave (or you would like to see more), let me know what you would like to see and I’ll see what I can do. A little more about the facility that I am currently training clients at, Wave Athletic Center in Sarasota. This facility is over 14,000 square feet and houses a full array of equipment, rigging, turf, two state of the art Olympic weightlifting platforms, as well as being fully air conditioned on the inside (it’s not ice cold though, thankfully). It is currently home to a multitude of local high school varsity and junior varsity sports teams as well as club volleyball and basketball teams. It more than takes care of all of the needs of a CrossFit Games athlete as well as personal training and large (15-20) and/or small groups (2-5) with close to 5000 square feet of gym space within the confines of the facility.
I will be opening or acquiring a new CrossFit gym should the right opportunity present itself. For the time being, I will continue to work with Tessa as well as private clients, teams, and any current member(s) interested in setting up a session, or group class that could be consistent. I am open to suggestions, but limited with time. I want to continue to help and support the community in any way that I can but I will spend the majority of my time on private training. I would LOVE to work with any of you at any time I have, and will definitely keep you all in the loop as I move forward with my journey. Thank you all, every one of you, for everything.
