TUESDAY 091316: HAPPY BIRTHDAY PERRY!
It seems as if everyone at CFLWR looks up to Perry Cone for any number of reasons. For some, it’s his positive, friendly attitude and the way he seems to know the names of everyone in our community. Other people look up to his determination to work on all aspects of his fitness — whether he’s in Scaps and Abs or Mobility or working on his Olympic lifts on Saturdays. But all of us agree that Perry with his can-do attitude, Perry reminds us to keep going, to never stop. Today we celebrate Perry with a workout he wrote himself. His actual birthday is Friday.
And just a reminder that Tuesday’s Spirit Day is wacky socks day! Wear your finest wacky socks and earn 10 points for your class for Battle of the Classes.
