Check out the group that came out last Saturday and did Lee Ann’s birthday workout! Remember, if you have a birthday coming up, please give Aaron 30-day notice of either a workout you want to do, or send him the movements you are interested in seeing and he will work directly with you in designing your very own birthday wod. If you would rather not do a workout for your birthday and take us all out to breakfast, we are always open to that as well!
