Thursday night is almost upon us! That can only mean one thing…the announcement of Open workout 16.2. If you missed last week’s live announcement, be sure to tune in this evening at 8pm to games.crossfit.com to watch not only the announcement, but also see the two athletes throw down! If you’ve never seen the live show I would highly encourage you to watch it this evening. It’s strangely fun to watch other people workout and make what we are all going to do look so easy! See you all at the box for our last minute prep before 16.2. Hopefully it’s not deadlift and push press!!
