Hey guys! We are currently in the process of changing, updating, and adding new content to the website. Though we love the current design and theme, we are wanting to provide you guys with more tools for success.
Currently we are working on our “Elements” page(s). When complete this will be a full resource for all of you to go to, to not only see what was covered in the (now) 4 days of elements, but also a guide to other movements, nutrition help, and a video library of movements.
Aside from this, what would you like to see on the website? What can we offer you that would be helpful and only a click away?
