Just a reminder of this Friday’s schedule,

Today is a fun little workout that will test not only your aerobic capacity, but your skill level as well. Obviously, we are not expecting you to finish this workout! That is not a real time, realistic goal for most people. However, sometimes a challenge such a this is a great way to push your limits and challenge yourself a little more than you thought was possible. Enjoy this crazy workout!
