As we prepare for Murph on Saturday, make sure you’re paying close attention to your nutrition, hydration and sleep. Eat a little more than usual with your meals — especially protein. Make sure you’re well hydrated for the next few days. If you eat extremely clean, it can be difficult to get enough salt, so add a little extra to your food. And try as much as possible to sleep at least 8 hours/night for the next few nights.
