We don’t usually post Saturday workouts, but my mom doesn’t have a birthday everyday either! I just wanted to take a minute and wish my mother a very happy birthday. From her son, the crazy, super energetic, bouncing-off-the-walls kid that I was, to that tiny kid in this picture, to the kid I still am today, I love you so much mother! Thank you for always helping me see the good in people, and showing me what true unconditional love is. You are a super mom, you are the best mom, you are amazing! Happy birthday momma! I love you so much.
