I hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend with family and friends.If you are traveling or taking the weekend off, don’t do absolutely nothing. Try to go for a walk, stretch, yoga, something. Enjoy the weekend, be safe, and see most of you on Monday. Those of you coming in tomorrow, here is the schedule for tomorrow:

9am class (NO 7am class)
10am Open Gym & Comp Class
12pm Close

Fitness: 10 rounds
In partners:
10 DB shoulder to overhead
10 DB front rack walking lunges

* Every time you drop the Dumbbells, perform 5 burpees

Rx: 10 rounds

In partners:
10 shoulder to overhead (135/95lbs)
10 front rack walking lunges

* Every time you or your partner drop the bar, perform 5 burpees

Beyond Rx: 10 rounds
In partners:
10 shoulder to overhead (155/105lbs)
10 front rack walking lunges

* Every time you or your partner drop the bar, perform 5 burpees
