Happy Monday!
We have a few things going on this week at the gym:
–Next Paleo Meal Prep Workshop is tomorrow March 7th @ 7pm in the gym upstairs kitchen.

–Bootcamp with Coach Lee-Ann will be on Mondays & Wednesdays @10:30am-11:30am.┬áIt will be a mix of endurance, weight training, agility and core training! Lee-Ann will put you through a good sweat session and help you get that beach body!
CrossFit Open 17.3 — Friday Night Workout!
Starting this Friday March 10th and the next 2 weeks, we will be hosting the CrossFit Open workouts on Friday afternoons from 4:30-7pm. We would like as many members to come out and do the workouts! Additionally, our very own, Tessa Marquette, will be doing her CF Open workouts with us. She would love to have as many members come out and push her through the workouts. Bring snacks & drinks and let’s have some good CrossFit fun!
