We had a great Saturday community workout with some new faces. Here are some announcements!

Starting THIS week – Wednesday morning Metcon class will be moving from 6am to 7am time slot. Come join Coach LeeAnnĀ for these great workouts.

Jan 26th – Body Fat Water Tank Testing 3:30-7:30pm – Sign up for your time slot!

Jan 28th – Hero WOD “Big Norm”. We will be hosting Hero WOD to honor the life of Officer Norm Lewis who was a dear friend of Aaron. This is open to the entire community including non-Crossfitters. The WOD will be scalable for all. Following the workout, we will host a potluck as a celebration of Norm’s life and spirit. You are welcome to bring any friends or family members including first responders.

Starting Feb 4th – 8am Saturday classes returns. That means we will have both 8am & 9am classes! Don’t forget Saturday class is a great way to introduce friends and family members to Crossfit LWR.
