Happy Monday! We hope everyone had a great weekend enjoying the beautiful weather! For those who the 17.1 CrossFit Open WOD, I’m sure you all are still sore. Don’t forget that it will help you recover by coming to class. Make sure you are taking the time to your mobility before and after these workouts. This Thursday at 8pm EST, 17.2 will be announced on the CrossFit Open website. What are you predictions for 17.2??!!

–Bootcamp with Lee-Ann starts Monday, Feb 27th 10:30am-11:30am!! This program will be on Mondays & Wednesdays. It will be a mix of endurance, weight training, agility and core training! Lee-Ann will put you through a good sweat session and help you get that beach body!
