What is the CrossFit Open?? It is a global competition with hundreds of thousands of athletes doing five workouts over five weeks. Some do it for fun, your affiliate family, fitness or to reach regionals and fight for a chance to make it to the CrossFit Games. This is a great way to test yourself! During every week of the open, the workouts are announced live on Thursday nights 8pm. Once the workout is announced, there will be some top athletes immediately going head to head.

Overhead Squat (4×10 @55-60%)
Banded Lateral Walk (4×20/direction)
Every 2 minutes for 18 minutes
Min 0-2,6-8, 12-14 Cal Assault Bike
