Today marks the first day of our new schedule:

Classes Monday-Friday:

6am
7am
9am
12pm
***NEW TIMES:
5pm
6pm
7pm

* CrossFit Kid’s will still be at 4:30pm Monday-Friday (until Mid-May)
* Metcon Class is still at 10:30am
* Open Gym will still be in the am from 8-12, and then Tues/Thur nights from 8-9pm

 

Today is also a birthday WOD for one special person! Sunday is Patty’s birthday and she asked to do a workout on Monday for her birthday. We will be doing the WOD “Chief” today. Here is a quick video about the workout:

 

 

For those that don’t know, Patty is our Event’s Coordinator/Answerer-of-any-questions-you-have person! Patty has been a member of the community since our first year, 2011. Her first workout was the “CrossFit Total” with a gym full of dudes, and somehow she fell in love. She did personal training with Alexis for the first part of her tenure with us, and has been in classes ever since. Patty’s also knocked out some competitions along the way.
