There WILL NOT be a Scaps & Abs class at 10:30am on Monday 12/12. We will be back to normal the rest of the week, Tues/Thur 5:30pm and Wed 10:30am. I hope everyone had a good weekend and is looking forward to a new week!

New year, new you!

Don’t just start the new year off right, then fall off, learn what it means to eat healthy. Do it, then see for yourself the benefits. Learn how to still eat stuff you like, but also be practical and reasonable about choices. Let us help you. We are going to start a nutrition challenge starting the beginning of the new year. It will include a before and after body fat testing, weekly meetings at the gym to discuss progress and options for success, ideas, tips, and meal prep ideas, as well as food journal tracking for 6-weeks!
