Monday 11/21 – This Week’s Schedule (REVISED)



Thank you to all who came out on Saturday for Jeff’s workout. What a brutal WOD but totally worth it for such a great guy. Jeff, again, you are such an inspiration to us all. You make this community awesome man, thanks again.


For this coming week, we are going to run on an abbreviated schedule, cancelling MOST of our non-CrossFit classes. The only specialty class we are having this week is going to be Scaps & Abs on Monday at 10:30. Otherwise, NO Metcon at all this week, no Scaps & Abs (after the Monday 10:30), and no Mobility on Saturday. I’m sorry for the confusion with the schedule, but this is the schedule for the week:
