Murph prep! On Saturday, May 28, CFLWR will complete the hero WOD Murph as a community. If you haven’t done this WOD, it will challenge your endurance and at the same time build muscle. This event will start at 8 a.m., and will include several different levels so that everyone can complete this challenging WOD. Monday we will test our mile times, with and without a weight vest, to prepare for Murph.
