Today we are partaking in another birthday WOD. This one courtesy of Jay, from the 7am class! Jay is quite the badass and puts in 4-6 days most weeks and it shows! Jay has been a huge part of the 7am class for a while now! Not sure what we would do in the mornings without his sense of humor and willingness to let us pick on him. Today is your day Jay, enjoy it man! To all of you, enjoy your Friday WOD!!

Buy in, everyone must first start with a 200m sled push. Each partner must push down & back, 100m, before starting the workout. Once the sled is complete at the beginning, the sled is no longer a part of the workout. The remaining work will be performed with the remaining time in normal AMRAP fashion.
