Hey guys, I hope everyone is having a great week and can still walk in a straight line!! There’s definitley been some squatting and squatting and then some more squatting this week. If you missed Thursday, please do your best to get in on Friday so you don’t get too sore from too much rest either! If your legs feel stiff and tight, that’s probably a good sign it’s time to do more stuff. If you’re in pain, that’s another story!
