Saturday is our Double Dare team CrossFit competition. We will be hosting this at the gym all day on Saturday. Though we won’t have any classes, we want to encourage you all to come out and support your fellow athletes competing against others from around the area. For some, this will be their first competition and if you’ve never seen an event like this, I would highly encourage you to come out.
We will have seating set up, and there will be plenty of standing room throughout the gym to watch. We take a lot of pride in our events and would love to have as many of you out throughout the day. The schedule of events is below:

8:30-10:00    WOD 1
10:00-10:10  Break
