Today is the next stage in the CrossFit Open, 16.2. This workout looks bruuuuuutal!! This is a workout where your work capacity is going to be tested, along with your strength. Not only do you need to be able to move quickly through the high skill movements, toes to bar/hanging knee raises and double/single unders, but you are also presented with some weights on the bar for some squat cleans!!

For those that would like to watch the girls, Jen and Tessa, do the workout, they will be throwing it down at 10:30am. We encourage all those that can make it to come by and watch as these two amazing athletes have their go at it.
