Reminder: This Saturday there will be NO Crossfit classes because of the marathon row challenge. We will have members completing the marathon row as either individuals or in teams of 4 and 8 people. They will be starting at 7am and it will take about 4 hours for them to complete the marathon.

Our rowers would love for everyone to come out and support them during this challenge. We will have the grill on after the row and some time to celebrate this accomplishment.
