Announcement Monday!


This week the Body Fat testing of Southwest Florida will be here with their truck on:

Tuesday 10/4 6:30am -12:30pm

Thursday 10/6 3:30pm-6:30pm

This is open to anyone, not just members of CrossFit LWR. The details to the test and a video explaining everything are in the link below:

You asked for it and here you go!! We are very pleased to announce that we are going to add our Scaps & Abs class Monday & Wednesdays at 10:30am. Now, this class is offered Monday/Wednesday @10:30am and Tuesday/Thursday @6pm.

We unfortunately need to put the Endurance class on hold. Coach Rachael is no longer with CrossFit LWR, we wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors. We are working on new and improved Endurance Program to offer to you all. We will keep you posted!
