Announcement Monday – Jeff WOD this Saturday



This Saturday we will be hosting a workout for a very special member. Three years ago this week one of our members, Jeff, had a stroke that completely changed his life. After this happened, Jeff wasn’t sure what he was going to do or how he was going to do it, but he was determined he would be back in the gym. He worked with Alexis for over a little over a year following his first stroke. Needless to say, Alexis did a phenomenal job with Jeff. Helping him re-learn how to not only exercise, but also read, write, communicate, and many other life-skills that most of us take for granted on a daily basis.

This Saturday at 9am, we will be doing Jeff’s workout. This WOD is great because everyone can do it. This workout is about everything that Jeff stands for; not giving up.

Please join us this Saturday for an event and workout for a guy that would do anything for any of us!

See you all this Saturday at 9am. This will be our only class this weekend!
