Great job with the testing so far this week guys and gals! We have one more WOD to test out on Friday and we will get back to it on Monday. Our schedule for the rest of the week is:
Thursday – No 5:30pm ENDURANCE, CrossFit @ 6/7/9/12/430/530/630
Friday – No night classes, CrossFit @ 6/7/9/12
Saturday – Normal (8/9, open gym 10-12)
