CrossFit Competition


We have found that some people want a little more than 3-5 hours of training per week. The Comp Class is a coached class that will be doing CrossFit Invictus Competition Programming. This program is designed to take 12-15 hours per week so only serious athletes only please.

The class includes 6 hours of coaching per week. This class supersedes all other classes/programs. You will NOT be able to do regular CrossFit classes along with Comp class. This program is designed for those serious about competing in CrossFit, or those serious about learning the movements at a higher level.

We are proud to offer our Metcon program at CrossFit Lakewood Ranch. This program, run by Coach Lee Ann Gordon, is designed to work with your daily CrossFit WODs to improve your strength, stamina, and overall fitness. We recommend 2 days of Metcon classes, which could be fine for some people, but then 2-3 additional days of CrossFit is fine too.
